Our Leadership Team
Chris leads business development, strategic sales and overall strategy at Better Weekdays. He worked as a Derivatives Trader at Goldman Sachs before leaving to build a manufacturing platform for a global middle market textile manufacturer, where he served as an EVP. Chris is a graduate of Columbia University and the Kellogg School of Management.
Fredric manages all aspects of product development at Better Weekdays. He has built projects and led teams at the University of Chicago, Orbit Media Studios, and Phase2. He has spoken at conferences, including Madison PHP in Wisconsin, Drupalcamp in Costa Rica, and the CMS Expo in Chicago. Fredric is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis.
Kunal supports sales, marketing and product operations at Better Weekdays. He worked at Accenture and led product development teams for online banking applications at Bank of America and Harris Bank. Kunal is a graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology.
Mike is responsible for building and executing our strategic sales plan. Previously, he established Enterprise Client relationships by aligning prospective needs with powerful custom solutions for OneSpace. Mike is a graduate of the John Cook School of Business at St. Louis University.
Neil runs the technology stack at Better Weekdays. He has been a leader in enterprise technical architecture and open source development at his previous companies, Appirio and Phase2. Neil is a graduate of Purdue University.
Andre focuses on user interface design and development at Better Weekdays. Previously, he worked as a designer/developer for The University of Chicago, creating websites and applications. He is also a graduate of UChicago.
Ray leads development at Better Weekdays. He calls on diverse skills in IT, Systems Administration and Web Development to find solutions to intricate problems. He builds tightly integrated applications for large-scale platforms. Ray is a graduate of Harvard University.
Ian is the Senior Data Scientist at Better Weekdays. He leads efforts to improve user experience through data-driven machine learning algorithms and custom analytics. With a masters in physics he has previously grown and scaled data science teams at Bellhops.
Jade handles all tasks related to making our customers successful. She has interned as Technical Solutions at TopOPPS and has experience in customer service from working in retail. Jade is a graduate of Saint Louis University.
Josh is a mobile developer that focuses on native iOS and Android development. His passion is to build beautiful mobile applications that solve a problem. Josh holds a Masters in Computer Science from The University of Chicago.
Esteban works as a backend developer at Better Weekdays. He has a solid academia background and is fluent in English, Portuguese and Italian. He has spoken at conferences like Drupalcamp in Panama and Costa Rica. Esteban is currently pursuing a Computer Science degree from the University of Costa Rica.
Carl leads partnerships at Better Weekdays. He founded and led the nation’s largest K12 video sharing platform, SchoolTube.com. Previously, he was an executive at Oracle. Carl has a proven track record in Technology, Sales and Business Development in the Ed Tech Sector. Carl is a graduate of University of Missouri and University of Illinois MBA program.
